VionX Consulting (Private) Limited was built on a simple conviction: bringing great software to a market is only half the work. The other half is the finance.

Our story

Built around the deal — and the numbers behind it.

VionX operates at the meeting point of two disciplines that are usually kept apart: software distribution and corporate finance. We saw too many promising distribution agreements stall — not because the product was wrong, but because the funding wasn't structured to support it.

So we built a firm that does both. We secure and manage reseller relationships with software vendors, and we structure the foreign-currency funding facilities that make cross-border trade viable — backed by five-year financial plans grounded in real performance data.
